Exhausted

So I have had a lot on my mind the last couple of days and I think subconsciously I was a little depressed. I wasn't really feeling like doing anything! But tonight helped that I and I feel a lot better this morning!

Last night I had my Intro to East Asia class, and then my roommate and I went to do laundry, and then headed out for the gym! We did about 30 minutes cardio, and then came back. 

Bree and Sam asked me to go to Dunkin Sensei with them, and my roommate joined us. It was nice to just chill and laugh some. It has been a while since I really hung out with them. I kind of regret the sandwich I ate there though TT 

After sitting and talking for a while we came back to the dorm and I skyped with the big whiff. It was a little awkward, and I feel like there are some things we need to clear up, but it was nice...

However when I went to lay down I couldn't fall asleep a few things that were said kept replaying in my head.... Bree texted and we ended up going to the gym when it opened at 6. 

We had a good workout and talked and then after some cardio, Sam taught me some of the arm exercises to do and stuff. 

I chilled at their dorm for about an hour after, and now I am getting ready to go to study abroad office... Although I feel like it might be pointless...

Either way hanging out this morning really cleared my mind of the negative thoughts, and even though I'm a bit sore and exhausted, I feel good.

I want to work out more, and eat a bit healthier for the next month or two ^^
